WARRANTY

Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with consumer goods warranty laws. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or poor maintenance by the customer, nor does it cover repairs, modifications, or manipulations not performed by our company. 

For example, hitting the racket hard against the metal cage rack of the padel court is not a factory error and the damage then incurred will not be compensated by us.

If you need to use the warranty, you can go to the store where you purchased the product with the original receipt, and they will contact our Skull Padel Warranty Department to process the warranty through our technical service team.

If you purchased the product through our official website, please contact us at info@skullpadel.com and provide us with a photo of the product defect, the web order number, and the date of purchase. Once our warranty department has reviewed the information, we will inform you of the necessary procedure to follow. If the warranty is approved, you will need to send the product to our address, and our technical service team will determine the type of fault. The shipping costs within the Netherlands will be covered by Skull Padel.

Once our technical service team has analyzed the product, there are three possible options: repair, replacement, or no fault found. Repairs and replacements will be free of charge, and will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe. If the product does not have a manufacturing fault, and you want a second evaluation, the shipping costs will be paid by you.
